At Gollachut Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

7-Day Replacement Policy

• Products can be replaced within 7 days of delivery if found defective
• The product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
• Replacement is subject to stock availability

Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
• Original invoice/receipt is required
• Product should not have any physical damage

Non-Returnable Items

• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Products with physical damage caused by customer
• Software, digital products, and accessories once opened
• Products purchased during clearance sales

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
